International Rice Mills is the milling arm of our group — the place where paddy from Punjab's rice belt becomes export-grade rice. Every stage, from intake and de-stoning through to colour sortex, polishing, grading and packaging, runs on a computer-controlled line with continuous monitoring.
That automation is the reason our shipments do not drift. The grade you approve in a sample is the grade that arrives at your port — batch after batch, season after season.

Our Milling Process
Six controlled stages stand between the paddy we buy and the container you receive.
Paddy Intake
Paddy is sourced from vetted farmers, weighed, moisture-checked and logged before it enters the plant.
Cleaning & De-stoning
Multi-stage cleaning removes dust, stones, husk and foreign matter before milling begins.
Parboiling & Drying
For Sella and parboiled grades, controlled steaming locks in nutrients and strengthens each grain.
Milling & Polishing
Rubber-roll shelling and gentle polishing deliver full milling degree with minimal breakage.
Colour Sortex
Multi-pass optical sorting removes discoloured, immature and off-spec grains to reach 100% sortex.
Grading & Packing
Length grading, final lab check, then packing into BOPP, PP, non-woven or your own private-label bags.
